Vital Care also functions as an outpatient imaging center, too. We just need an order from your doctor, and we will do the imaging and send them the results lickety-split! We are also able to offer same-day services for our imaging if you are needing in ASAP!

IV INFUSIONS

We provide outpatient infusion services. Have your doctor fill out the order form below. Our trained registered nurses will administer your infusion in our comfortable infusion rooms. Call the clinic if you are hoping to receive an infusion not included in the forms below.
